Make the water as warm or as hot as you can tolerate and steep your desired ginger for 5 – 10 minutes before slipping your toes in. For maximum benefits soak your feet for 20 minutes. Feel the amazing warmth spread all the way up your body. Remember foot soaks can be contraindicated in pregnant women or those with heart conditions or high blood pressure. Stay warm!
